How do I create a new agenda?
To create a new agenda, tap the + icon in the top left corner of the homepage screen
How do I get the address I entered to show up on the map? The "map it" button is not working.
This occurs when location services on the iPad is turned off. Go to settings and turn on location services. That should fix the issue.
How do I add participants to the agenda?
To add participants, tap on the + icon beneath where it says participants. Your contact list will pop up and you can tap the participant that you would like to add.
How do I add a participant that is not already in my contacts list?
To add a participant that is not in your contacts list, tap the + icon beneath participants. Your contacts list will pop up and in the top right corner there will be a + icon. Tap on the + icon and you will be able to enter the information of your new contact.
How do I edit or remove participants from the list?
To edit or remove participants, tap on the edit icon and a - icon will appear besides each participant. To remove a participant, tap on the - icon and a delete button shows up.
How do I add an agenda item?
Tap in the New Agenda Item area (in the space below agenda items) and type. Hit enter (done) to add it to the list.
How do I delete an agenda item?
Tap on the agenda item you wish to delete and the edit window will show up. Within the edit window on the bottom tap the delete icon to delete an item.
How do I edit the presenter, description and duration of an agenda item?
To edit an agenda, tap on it in the list. A window will pop up that allows you to edit the name, add a presenter and a description as well as change the duration.
How do I shift the positions of my agenda items?
To shift the positions of agenda items, press and hold onto the three bars to the right of the agenda duration and drag it up or down to reposition it.
How do I add and edit coffee and lunch breaks to my agenda?
To add a coffee or lunch break, tap on the coffee cup or fork and knife icons. To edit the duration, tap on the icon to the side and here you can edit the details as you would with the other agenda items.
How do I edit a saved agenda?
Tap the edit icon on the home screen beside the agenda you wish to edit.
How do I make a copy of an agenda I completed, but want to repeat for a similar meeting in the future?
To copy an agenda, tap the clone icon besides the agenda you wish to copy.
I am unable to add invitees to send the calendar event.
To access your contacts, you must first set up an email account on your iPad. Without syncing your email, calendar and contacts you will not be able to share a calendar invite. In some cases you may have a synced your email and calendar but have not allowed the app to access them. In your iPad, go to your Settings > Privacy > Calendars and make sure it is ON for Meeting Expectations.
How do I convert my agenda into a shareable PDF?
To create a shareable PDF tap the share icon with an arrow in it in the top right corner of the screen. A drop down menu with two options will appear: "create text email," or "create PDF." You may then print or email the PDF.
How do I share the agenda I created as a calendar invite?
To create a calendar invite, tap on the calendar icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the invitees section and add the participants that you wish to send the agenda and invitation to.
How do I add notes to the overall agenda and individual agenda items?
After saving your agenda, tap on it on the left side pane and you will see a preview of your agenda to the right of the screen. To the far right of the screen there is a pencil icon. Tap the icon and drag it to the left. You will now see a new section appear titled Notes. There is a pencil icon next to each duration and numbered agenda item. To take notes on the individual agenda items, tap the pencil next to the item. To take general meeting notes tap on the pencil icon at the top of the page beside the title and purpose of your meeting.
How do I send my agenda with attached notes out to participants?
Users with a StarterPack can send their agendas in PDF format with their notes attached. Users with the basic version can share up to five agendas of their choice with notes included.
How do I add a photo to the meeting notes or to a specific agenda item?
To add a photo to the general meeting notes or a specific agenda item, access the notes section by dragging the pencil icon on the far right of the screen left. Tap the camera icon under the notes tab. Take a photo or choose an existing one from your album.
How do I delete a photo to the meeting notes or to a specific agenda item?
Open the photo you want to delete. Press the trash can icon.
How do I add a custom logo to the PDF version of my agenda?
Users with a StarterPack can add custom logos to the PDF version of their agendas by saving the agenda, tapping on the gear (settings) icon in the top right corner, opening a PDF window with settings at the bottom, tapping custom and choosing from images on the camera roll. For best quality, custom logos should be at least 70 pixels high.
How do I delete a saved agenda?
To delete a saved agenda you swipe across it and tap the delete icon when it shows up.
How do I access photos I already attached to the agenda or agenda items?
To access photos you have already attached, tap on the photos icon to the left of the camera icon.
How do I turn off the progress bar on the time line during a meeting?
Tap the gear (settings) icon in the top right hand corner. Click settings and turn "display progress bar on time line during a meeting" off.
How do I disable the idle timer when notes are open?
Tap the gear (settings) icon in the top right hand corner. Click settings and turn "disable idle timer when notes are open" on.
How do I disable the auto scroll text function when typing notes?
Tap the gear (settings) icon in the top right hand corner. Click settings and turn "auto scroll text when typing notes" off.
